These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any services provided by BS Digital Care ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site or engaging us for services, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

We provide web development, business software, and digital advertising services (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and Google My Business optimization). The exact scope, timeline, and cost of any project are agreed separately in a proposal or quote before work begins.

Project Engagement

• Work begins once scope and payment terms are agreed in writing (email is sufficient).
• Timelines depend on how quickly you provide content, feedback, and approvals.
• Changes outside the agreed scope may involve additional cost and time.

Payments

Payment terms (upfront, milestone-based, or monthly retainer) are set out in your project quote. Advertising campaigns also require a separate ad spend budget paid directly to the platform (Meta, Google, etc.) or managed on your behalf as agreed. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellations.

Intellectual Property

Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the final deliverables (website code, designs, software) transfers to you, except for third-party assets, licensed tools, and our own pre-existing frameworks or components, which remain our property or that of their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

We work to a high standard, but we don't guarantee specific business outcomes (rankings, ad performance, sales figures) since these depend on factors outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
