All payments made to BS Digital Care are final. We do not offer refunds once a project has started or a service has been delivered.
Our services — web development, business software, and ad campaign management — involve real time, custom work, and third-party costs (developer hours, design work, ad platform spend) from the moment a project begins. Because of this, we're unable to offer refunds once:
Any advance or deposit paid to reserve our time and begin a project is non-refundable, even if the project is later cancelled by you.
For ongoing monthly services (ad management, retainers), payments already made for the current billing cycle are non-refundable. You can cancel future billing cycles at any time by notifying us before the next renewal date.
If you're unhappy with the direction of a project, we'd rather fix it than part ways. Reach out and we'll work with you on revisions, a change in scope, or a resolution within the original project agreement.
